Description: At 2pm on Sunday, December 5, runners, cyclists, and paddlers will converge at the Wolf River Pedestrian Bridge at Shelby Farms to celebrate its completion and the opening of new connections (see the link for more details).
Volunteers are needed for this event to help direct traffic, park cars, hand out information, work vendor tables, pass out water, etc. Please meet at the Visitor’s Center at 1pm to volunteer, and email Sandee Daniels (sdaniels@shelbyfarmspark.org) for more information.

I’ve also tuoghht about kidnapping a fellow bloggers favourite cuddly toy and blog about it trying to get back home… I have to be pretty devious with that one so more planning is needed.Just like the story about the guys that stole a neighbours garden gnome, took pictures of it in various locations around the world and sent the pictures back to the house they stole it from. The gnome then ‘mysteriously’ appeared back in the garden a year later, leaving the owner very confused indeed.
